Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We now deliver to the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA.
Q.How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.50 with estimated delivery time between 3 - 5 working days after the item has been dispatched. UK orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours although this time may vary slightly at busy times. A signature may be required on delivery.
UK Express delivery is £7.50 with delivery time of up to 2 working days after the item has been dispatched - this is normally within 24 hours after the order has been made. A signature may be required on delivery.
Shipping to Europe is £20.00 with estimated delivery time between 5 -10 working days after the item has been dispatched.*

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Q.What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
A. No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
Q.What if my goods are damaged on delivery?
A.In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days by emailing us at, sales@toadlily.co.uk . Once you have contacted us, you will be asked to return the item to us. Proof of postage must be obtained (available free of charge from the Post Office). Once we have received your returned order, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. If your item is no longer available we will issue you with a full refund including all postage and packing charges.
