Returns Policy
We will refund the cost of a returned item up to 28 working days after receipt. Items must be returned unused.

Initial post and packing charges will only be refunded to customers returning items to us within 7 working days of delivery, unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for all return postage charges unless the item is faulty.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and send via a trackable service as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post. Please note that refunds can only be issued once we have received your retunred item.

Faulty Items
Faults, breakages or shortages must be reported to us within 5 days after delivery.
If you discover a fault with your item on delivery, we will refund the return postage cost . Once we receive your returned item a replacement will be sent out, if available. If a replacement item is not available we will refund the full cost of the item plus any postage paid.

Refunds for items reported as being faulty after more than 5 days from the date of delivery will be considered on an individual basis. In these circumstances  a replacement item or partial refund may be offered.

Toad Lily shall not be liable for the goods if you continue to use the goods after giving such notice to us; or alter or repair the goods.

Q.How long does it take to process my returns?
A.We will try to process any returned items  as quickly as possible, however this may take up to 7 days when we’re very busy.

Exchanges
Q. Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?
A.
Return postage charges will only be refunded to customers returning faulty/incorrect items to us.  

Q.What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
A.If you return an unwanted item and ask to exchange this for an alternative item, we will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.

As with returns, customers are given up to 28 days from the delivery date, to exchange an item. All exchanged items must be returned unused.
